After Watching: Why does lee paint to live music?

Why might it be good to draw or paint to music?

Is there a type of music you think would work best?


Pass it on: We are going to play a game. The song below will be played. While it is being played each person will get 30 seconds with a peace of paper to draw what comes to mind after 30 seconds they will pass it to the person beside them. At the end each table group will have a combined artistic mater peace.



Own Listening Master Peace: Please divide your paper into four sections two on the back and two on the front.  Listen to all the pieces below. Choose four that inspire you the most. Put the title of each peace on one of the sections. Over the next few music classes you will get a chance to listen to these four songs as many times as you need.  Each time you listen you are to add something to your artistic work, don't just rush through it, take your time and use what ever colours you need to, you can always add over top of what is already there.
